Journal Entry: Sat Jul 11, 2009, 6:18 AM
Hi all,

Just joined the wonderful Tolkien community and suddenly I get all these favs and stuff  Thanks so much, I'll try to thank each and every one of you. Hopefully I'll get some new Tolkien related pieces done. I have to finish up the artwork for my band's cd within two weeks cause I'm visiting my sister in the states for three and a half weeks after that.

Cheers good people!
Wouter

You offer a excellent gallery. Highly detailed works with various themes (fantasy/medieval ones are the best in my opinion).

Your Tolkien-inspired works are interesting and original looking. It seems you dont pay attention to characters, but to places instead. Middle-Earths nature and famous locations is a subject I would like to see more (like more your lotr-works altogether).

I especially like landscapes you draw. It's always a pleasant sight to see someone combining magnificent landscape and interesting themes together. Colours are balanced well, not too much but just enough to give some ambiance.
Hi, thanks for your comment! I really appreciate you taking your time in my gallery. My fingers are itching to return to Middle Earth...
