Hi my friends,

I think it's time I started showing some love to my friends out there on DA.

First up, I'm currently involved with my mate to produce our take on what Ted Nasmith once painted, being the fall of Nargothrond (Glaurung, Túrin, drama drama). We both agreed it was nicely painted but not nearly grimy and dramatic enough. So hey, why not both give it a shot and see what we come up with! We have no deadline, so please be patient. I know I've already spent quite some hours (sneak peak in the image above this entry), but I'm not finished yet.

Next up, I've joined , whose lovable admin I've bothered with some vague remarks about some stuff that had nothing to do with her. To make up for the confusion I promised her a sketch of Beleg (Children of Húrin, Silmarillion). So Eri, it's coming!

The true subject of the vagueness on Eri's profile was actually , who is making a photomanip based on one of my sketches... and I am pretty damn curious. I saw a very promising WIP, so you go girl!!!

Then there is the guy who got me into sketching again, I have to mention him. He always takes his time to place well-thougth remarks with pieces he finds interesting and his skills and style are wonderfull. So , cheers mate!

One last little detail.... my wife is pregnant with our second child.. so I'm in heaven right now. Due march 2010, so it will be a while still...
